I am currently looking for a Pre-Sales Product Specialist for a client of mine who is one of the world's leading providers of Corporate Responsibility and EH&S software solutions with recognized expertise in Governance, Risk & Compliance. Their software solutions address today’s most pressing issues such as Climate Change, Corporate Responsibility and Risk Management.
Position: Pre-Sales Product Specialist (EH&S Software Solutions)

Reports to: Sales Director
Compensation: 90K - 100K Base OTE 160k
Position Summary:
As a Pre-Sales Product Specialist you will be responsible for developing a solid understanding of our software platform functional aspects, in the fields of: Environmental, Health and Safety Management and/or Corporate Responsibility. In this role, you will be capturing the most recent requirements for product innovation for our cutting-edge solutions. You will be working closely with our global customers and potential customers, assisting our sales team to respond to functional and technical requirements and present our solutions to ultimately ensure successful sales completion.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical and functional expert for our software solutions
- Partner with the Sales team throughout entire sales cycle
- Gather and prioritize customer and internal input to define new product line features for development
- Prepare personalized platforms during the sales process and deliver presentation to customers
- Work closely with the professional services team to analyze customer requirements and propose product implementation strategies
Education/Experience/Skills:
- Engineering or similar degree with a strong emphasis on Environment, Health and Safety.
- 3 years of similar business experience at a software company.
- Strong level of written and spoken English.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Self-motivated team player with strong inter-personal skills.
- Flexibility and eagerness to learn.
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or French is a plus.
