Responsible for managing environmental program for a cement/aggregate facility. Must have experience with air, as well as, waste and water compliance activities within cement operations. Additional duties include developing and maintaining the Environmental Management System (ISO 14000, etc.), auditing and monitoring the plant programs for compliance with all environmental standards (RCRA, CWA, CAA, SPCD, NPDES, Storm Water, EPCRA, CERCLA, etc.)
